What You'll Do
- Lead development of complex web applications using modern frameworks
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decisions
- Work with AI-powered development tools to enhance productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers and product managers
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable solutions
- Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices
- Help transition the team to AI-first development methodologies
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience
- Language-agnostic approach - we value problem-solving over specific language expertise
